This is an appeal from an order of the district court approving a proposed settlement in a shareholders' derivative action. Respondents have filed motions to dismiss this appeal. We further hold that appellants"a group of minority corporate shareholders who were not parties to the action below"have no standing to pursue this appeal. Accordingly, we grant the motions to dismiss.
